We provide a 3-year warranty on all LED components and a 5-year warranty on the structural aluminium housing. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED module failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty options are available for commercial sign service agreements.
Do you provide installation services?
We provide professional installation support for all custom signage projects. Based on your installation environment and sign type, our team will recommend the best installation method and provide detailed guidance. Each order includes installation drawings, wiring instructions, mounting templates and the necessary accessories. After delivery we provide step-by-step installation videos and technical support to help your local team complete the installation smoothly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.
What are LED channel letters made of?
LED channel letters combine metal, acrylic and LED components. The faces are usually acrylic or metal, the sides are formed with aluminium or stainless steel returns, and energy-efficient LED modules are installed inside for illumination. We offer front-lit, backlit, RGB and RGBW channel letters for both indoor and outdoor signage.
