How custom signage actually gets made
3,200 m² of production space in Lu'an, Anhui — cutting, forming, wiring, testing and crating under one roof.
This page is about the process rather than the brochure: what happens to a sign between the drawing you approve and the crate that arrives on site.
We have been building signage since 2010, moved into China Chengnan Signage Industrial Park in Lu'an in 2017 and upgraded the full production line in 2018. Overseas trade began in 2020, and we have since supplied more than 1,000 clients across 40+ countries.
Nothing here is outsourced: letters, light boxes, neon, pylon panels and seasonal signage are all manufactured on the same floor by the same team.

Production floor
Seven stages between your drawing and your crate
Every order follows the same sequence, whichever construction it is, and each stage is checked before the next one starts.

Drawing approval
Artwork becomes a dimensioned drawing: letter heights, return depth, fixing points. Production waits for your approval.

Material selection
Stainless steel, galvanised sheet, aluminium alloy and acrylic are cut to the drawing, and a module batch is reserved for the order.

Forming and finishing
Returns are formed and faces finished — brushed or mirror stainless, electroplating, water plating or spray painting to your reference.

Wiring and assembly
Branded modules and driver assembled as a DC12V/24V low-voltage system with overcurrent and short-circuit protection.

Lighting and ageing test
A continuous 24-hour illumination run, with colour temperature and switch-on behaviour recorded.

Photo approval
Photos and video of the finished sign are sent before packing, so you approve the object rather than a render.

Crating and freight
Individually wrapped letters, crated with installation drawings, wiring instructions, mounting templates and accessories.

From a Wujiang workshop to 40+ countries

2010
Founded in Wujiang, Jiangsu
Started as a small workshop in Wujiang, the birthplace of China's signage industry, focusing on high-quality metal sign manufacturing.

2017
Relocated to Lu'an, Anhui
Responded to national industrial policies, relocated to Lu'an, Anhui, and settled in China Chengnan Signage Industrial Park.

2018
Full production line upgrade
Completed an upgrade of the full production line, introducing advanced equipment to raise capacity and improve consistency.

2020
Foreign trade business launched
Formally launched overseas operations and built a dedicated foreign trade team to serve international clients.

1,000+ global clients served
More than 1,000 overseas customers across industries, with signs delivered to 40+ countries.
What we manufacture
Metal letters, illuminated letters and logos, light boxes, pylon signs and other customised signage. Size, colour, finish, lighting effect, structure and installation method can all be tailored to your project.
Our signs are installed on storefronts, shopping malls, parks, offices and building exteriors.

Quality control
What we check, and what we put our name to
Quality control is easier to describe as a list of things with a number attached to them. These are the ones we hold ourselves to on every order, from a single shop sign to a rollout of forty.
- Branded LED modules — Rishang, Blueview or LEDIT YAKI — and drivers from Mean Well or Huaxin
- IP65 to IP68 sealing matched to the actual exposure rather than applied as a blanket minimum
- Operating range of −20 °C to +50 °C on the standard outdoor build
- 50,000+ hours rated LED lifespan, with a continuous 24-hour test before packing
- CE, RoHS and EMC certified components, with UL listed options for North America
- A 3-year warranty on LED components and 5 years on the structural aluminium housing
Materials we work in daily
Stainless steel returns 0.5–0.8 mm · galvanised sheet and aluminium alloy 1.0–3.0 mm · acrylic faces 3–5 mm for front-lit and 12–20 mm for RGB builds · polycarbonate lenses · flexible LED neon on acrylic · aluminium composite panels 3–4 mm for pylon cabinets. Finishes are matched to any PANTONE or RAL reference.
