What makes a good overseas sign order
- A drawing both sides agree on, with dimensions and mounting points
- A written specification: materials, thicknesses, LED and driver brands, IP rating
- A photo or video of the finished sign before it is packed
- A crate with installation drawings, wiring instructions, templates and accessories
- Warranty terms in writing, and spare parts available afterwards

Visiting or verifying
We are based at Building 13 & 17, China Chengnan Signage Industrial Park, Huahualing Road, Chengnan Town, Lu'an, Anhui. Customers are welcome to visit, and we will happily walk the workshop on a live video call before you place a first order.

How do I start a custom sign order from overseas?
Send artwork, approximate sizes and a photo of the installation site. We will advise on construction, produce a drawing for approval and quote factory-direct — usually within one business day.
Do you provide samples before a large order?
For large or repeat orders we can produce a sample or a partial unit for approval first, so the finish, brightness and colour are confirmed before the batch is made.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.
